Some structure are starting to be constructed along the new airport road such as this, which is going to be the Santa Barbara Pension House.

Youre Welcome ^_^ I think it’s actually a good idea to put up a pension house near the airport because currently, passengers don’t have a place (hotel/pension house) to go to in case they would want to spend the night near the airport.
